Kelly Witter
Kelly brings years of healthcare experience, including over two decades in senior leadership roles. She is recognized for her strategic vision and operational expertise, having led initiatives to standardize clinical operations, assess and optimize provider compensation models, streamline onboarding processes, and develop high-performing physician teams.
Her leadership has also been pivotal in establishing formal Physician Leadership Councils, strengthening organizational alignment and enhancing physician engagement across care networks.
